• 3/4 c. and 2 tbsp. sugar, divided
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. cinnamon, divided
  • 3 ripe bananas, cut in chunks
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. and 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 egg
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. chopped nuts and
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


First you will have to mix flour, baking powder, ¾ cup sugar, salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Keep this bowl aside. Then mix banana, oil, milk, egg and vanilla in a blender. You need to mix, till it is smooth and creamy. The banana mix should be poured into the dry mix. Then chopped nuts should be added. You need to keep stirring, till the dry ingredients become moistened. Place the batter into muffin tins. Fill them up to 2/3rd of the tin. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle it over each muffin, and then bake it for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
