The following are the ingredients for antipasto salad with dressing:

  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts (drained and sliced)
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 stick pepperoni, diced
  • 1 c. provolone, diced
  • 1/2 c. pitted black olives
  • 1/2 c. red onion, diced
  • 1 each green and yellow pepper, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. stuffed green olives
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chick peas (drained)
  • Antipasto dressing
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cannelloni beans
  • Sliced Italian bread

Procedure:

Mix all these ingredients except the dressing in a bowl. After you mix the ingredients, add the dressing and then toss. Mix everything in a large bowl, and refrigerate it for an hour. Serve with sliced Italian

You can toss all the ingredients, except the dressing in a large bowl. You can add the dressing and then toss. Transfer it to a large bowl. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve with sliced Italian bread.

For Antipasto Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tbsp. dried basil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Procedure:

In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients. Pour over the antipasto salad, and then you need to follow the instructions which are given above for making the salad.
