Simple but nice! Atta boys!
So I went to McCormick and Schmicks last week and I really enjoyed their four cheese Macaroni and Cheese with Shrimp and Sausage. So, of course I had to try my own!
My version was pretty simple and quick. I just added cheese (enough to my own liking), a little milk, and a little olive oil to cooked pasta shells in a saucepan over low heat. Then, I seasoned it with Essence original flavoring and creole seasoning(for a slightly spicy taste), paprika, pepper, garlic, basil, and rosemary to my liking. Then, I experimented further by adding a very small amount of relish and olives. Finally, I added in the sausage and topped it off with Parmesan cheese and baked it about 10 minutes in the oven at about 450 for a little less saucy texture.
